Diane V. Nafash — Our "artist in residence" has contributed her gifts in the most aesthetically pleasing enhancements of our ministries. Her art has touched all of our lives.  She has created water color paintings depicting roses in the Manse garden, the church buildings themselves, and at recent church fairs her custom-painted birdhouses have been sold out! Upon the completion of the Session's adoption of our Core Values (see home page) she designed beautiful banners to serve as a constant reminder of how our congregation identifies itself.

Faces of Children — Faces of Children is an ecumenical prayer ministry under the auspices of First Presbyterian Church of Midland, Texas. Our mission is to initiate ministries of prayer for children in churches, communities, and neighborhoods. In doing so, we seek to provide an opportunity for people of God to join together, learn about children and their needs throughout the world, and celebrate Christ's love (especially as it relates to children).
